What to prepare
Organize details by issue
Explain where the issue occurs, what happens, and what you’ve already tried. This is more helpful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.”
Connection and subscription imports
Include your device’s operating system, client name, selected route, and whether the issue occurs during import, connection, or when accessing a website. Copy the exact error message and describe what changes when you switch routes or local networks.
If only one website is inaccessible, include its name and describe what happens. Don’t include your full subscription URL in screenshots.

Order and payment checks
Include the plan you selected, payment method, current order status, and what appears in your dashboard after payment. If you need to attach a payment screenshot, keep the details needed to verify the order visible and redact unrelated personal information.
Payments are supported via Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Check your order status in the dashboard first, then describe any discrepancy in your ticket.

Refund requests
VPNGZ offers 14-day no-questions-asked refunds. Include your refund request and relevant order details in the ticket. Eligibility and application rules are set out in the Terms of Service.
Submit refund questions from the account used for the order so support can verify it and follow up.

Plans and data rules
Monthly subscription data resets each month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data add-ons do not expire and remain available until used.
When contacting support, say whether you have a monthly subscription or a data add-on, and describe the billing or data change you want clarified.
